The idea behind the Retreat was to create an exclusive enclave where residents and guests could entertain family and friends. The Retreat has full access to all the benefits and amenities of the Resort but we have gone one step further in the Retreat with a private, owners and guests only, clubhouse. This clubhouse will feature a pool, bbq and common area for the use by Retreat residents and guest. The Retreat is also the only single family area zoned for nightly rental and fractional ownership. The lots and homes have been designed with “resort” in mind. We invite you to explore further this exclusive enclave.
